Shipping Policy
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders placed by 12pm will generally be shipped the same working day (not including weekends or public holiday). Orders received after this time will be shipped the following working day (not including weekends or public holiday). Local delays may be possible during busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas.
Please note, Royal Mail items are sent on a non-trackable service. If you would like your order to be sent via a tracked service, please get in touch BEFORE placing your order so we can give you a price for this.
If you do not receive your order 10 days after order confirmation, please let us know and send your order number to us at: contact@wellweare.com. We will not be able to do anything until at least 10 days have passed from order confirmation.
Delivery
UK Mainland, DPD or Royal Mail: usually 2-5 days delivery.
All Orders over £50.00 to UK Mainland are delivered free of charge or charges apply as per below.

NEW EU Order Import Fees
From 1st July 2021, all orders from UK to EU states (including R.Ireland) will be charged additional local import VAT as well as customs clearance fee in some cases. These charges will be payable by the customer in your country of residence, before the parcel is handed to you. The import VAT rate is 17%-27% depending on the country you're in and is calculated based on the total value of your order (item value + shipping cost). Customs clearance fee is decided by the destination country. For reference, in the UK these range from £8-£15. You can find your local import VAT rate below. Lost orders
If your item is lost by the courier, we can only give you a refund or re-send the item once we can claim for loss from the courier. This is usually between 10-25 days after expected delivery, depending on where the item was going. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
